ELIGIBILITY:
The Malaska Golf USA vs Europe Golf Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Malaska Golf, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion begins September 20, 2023, at 12:00 AM PT and ends October 1, 2023, at 11:59 PM PT. Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, participants must complete one of the following methods:

Email info@malaskagolf.com with the subject line “USA vs EUROPE Golf Promotion Entry.” Provide your name, email address, and phone number in the body. Mention promo code USAEUROPE2023 to qualify.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Malaska Golf and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING:
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days after the drawing. Winners must respond to the email notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
